I am a student at Parkside and i don鈥檛 recommend sending your Child here, When i first joined it was an amazing school but ever since we have become an academy it has massively gone downhill. All the main teachers of the school are all bullies and care more how the school looks than the students well-being and safety. Mr Goshal is a man in his own world, He walks around like he鈥檚 on top...
I am in year 9 as of now and i suffer from social anxiety. The behaviour from the other students is contributing to making it worse and worse, some of the substitute teachers allow kids to do things like throwing stuff across the classroom, swearing and shouting and ive noticed how most things that happen would not happen in a normal secondary school. If you are considering sending your child here, there is a very...
I am a current student at Parkside and I have been there for 3 years now and I suffer with anxiety and ADHD, I get overwhelmed in class very easily. My mum spoke to school about my issue to try get me some support, they didnt provide me with any help, I was debating getting homeschooled but my mum works and would be unable to give me the right education. To this day I still...
My daughter has recently been having severe panic attacks due to stress at school, I feel the school has let her down massively, safeguarding and senco have not done anything that they are meant to do - like doing a welfare check as she was off for 6 to 8 weeks! However Jack Marshall has made my daughter feel safe and protected. I cannot stress how much me and my family are grateful for him...
As a student currently attending Parkside school i would like too say this school is horrible they do not care about your well being and or safety from year seven too year eight my attendance dropped awfully i would report it too safeguarding and my head of year they did not change one thing about it i get overwhelmed quite easily and i also find it extremely hard too concentrate in lessons and all the...
It is my strong belief that the school prioritises its public image and accountability to senior authorities over the wellbeing and safety of its students. I also wish to highlight the lack of support provided for my additional needs. I have ADHD and anxiety, yet no reasonable adjustments or support measures have been put in place, nor have appropriate services been offered.Furthermore, the headteacher (mr robin goshal) appears uninterested in fostering positive and supportive relationships...
I started working at Parkside before it was an academy and I loved it! The pupils had structure and the well fair of students came first I used to love coming to work. Since becoming an academy the head teacher, safeguarding and senior leadership team have become bullies they have all had pay increases while the teaching staff are stressed, drained and overworked - there are so many teaching staff off sick the children do...
As a student of Parkside school am writing to you to express my concerns of the lack of support and safety from this school. I was absent from school for almost 3 months due to mental health issues the school has caused me. In that time I had no welfare check no work sent home or no support, since I returned which is something I did with no help from the school I constantly feel...
Please do not send your children here they are bullied along with staff mr Alexis is a vile man who needs to go asap along with Robin They are so detached from reality it鈥檚 unbelievable while making their big wages
This school does not care for it's students or teachers. The departments are highly underfunded and they put no money towards the student wellbeing.
This school does not care about its students. Since I started it has become more and more about policing over wellbeing and all the teachers get off on making children miserable. This has only gotten worse in the last two years with Heather Woodstock taking over and mr goshall neglecting the few staff members who care both about students and the school. Sixth form will not be the last thing to go following the next...
Take your children out this school!! staff and children are bullied by the wellsprings staff Mr Alexis is a bully and the head teacher is in a world of his own not one interest in supporting children it鈥檚 so sad how down hill the school has got!
Worse school ever! Money making buisness and the principal list just keeps getting bigger! Rude staff even ruder head embarrassed to say I trusted you to send my child here You clearly bullied the last head out saying children felt unsafe to make It an academy and now students have never felt so UNSAFE since you took over! Academy schools profiting off children! Miss Atkinson should be ashamed to support the school to fail children...
A previous student of Parkside, now a sixth former elsewhere. This school is, with no other way to say it, deplorable. The behaviour is appalling and the headteacher Mr. Goshall cares more about outward appearance to parents rather than the students- of which it is his JOB to look after them and put them on a good path. This school is, frankly, a failure. Many teachers are incompetent or impossible to work with, or constantly...
At my last year of this school and it has gone completely downhill, mr goshal doesn鈥檛 care about the students education at all as the only thing that seems to matter is how the school looks as it provides 鈥渁 happier learning environment 鈥. As for that few teachers actually care for the students education and how much they progress others just shout half the time. Bullying and wellbeing is not cared for at all...
I was a student in Parkside school, and when I first joined I thought it was good but the school does absolutely NOTHING for special needs or bullied students and do nothing care if a student decides to self harm due to bullying. Disgusting school please don鈥檛 send your child here
The school is failing, Mr Robin Goshal cares more about the look of the school on the surface and doesn't care about how the studens behave or the schools quality under the surface the teachers care about the school but have no power over the people above who just care about money. I wish that Mr goshal took the time to care about the well-being of the students. Another problem is Mr Alexis, he's quite...
Since becoming a academy this school is failing each and every student massively Mr Ghosal in his own world he doesn't communicate with the students and walks round like a business man! He has over 1000 students to ensure are safe and is doing nothing to protect them, Mr Alexis thinks its OK to bully students hes a nasty unfriendly man who's job is to support students but he just bullies them and all the...
The kids seem to be able to run wild with little done to address their behaviour. Majority of the classes are covered by subs, who barely babysit the class, never mind teach them. High turn over of staff and lack of visibility of the head. The only good thing about the school was the 6th form provision, so they got rid of it!
